I’m excited to make your dental care easy and convenient. Whether in my in-home studio or right at your door! To help keep my schedule organized and fair for all patients, here’s how my booking and confirmation process works:
Booking Options
Online: Bookings made through my online system are requests only until I personally review and confirm them. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a message to let you know your appointment is officially scheduled.
Phone, Text, or Email: Appointments booked directly with me by phone, text, or email are scheduled at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated.
Confirmation Before Your Appointment
About one week before your scheduled visit, I’ll reach out using your preferred contact method to confirm your appointment.
Please reply to confirm at that time this step is required to keep your appointment active.
If I don’t receive your confirmation within 48 hours of your appointment, your time may be released and become unavailable to you.
Once you confirm, your appointment is locked in.
Cancellations & No-Shows
I understand that life happens, but please note that last-minute cancellations (less then 24 hours notice) or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation or no-show fee. This helps me manage my mobile route and respect the time reserved for each patient.

Sunny Smiles Dental Hygiene proudly serves families across the Niagara Region, with a focus on Welland, Port Colborne, Thorold, Pelham, and Wainfleet, as well as nearby communities including St. Catharines, Lincoln, Niagara-on-the-Lake, and West Lincoln.
Patients can visit our in-home studio in Welland or book mobile care within the surrounding area for added convenience.
