At Sunny Smiles Dental Hygiene, we're excited to bring dental care directly to you! To ensure we can be on time for all our patients, we've created a simple confirmation process. This helps us plan our mobile routes efficiently and makes sure we're there for you when you need us.
Here’s how it works:
Your Booking Request: When you first book with us, your preferred date and time are reserved for you. This spot is held for you while we prepare for your visit.
Confirm to Finalize: Approximately 1 to 2 weeks before your appointment, we will send you a confirmation request (by email, text, or phone call). To officially lock in your visit, please confirm with us at least one week before your appointment date.
What if I Don't Confirm? If we don't hear from you by the deadline, we'll assume you no longer need the appointment. To accommodate other patients, your time slot may be released.
All Set! Once you confirm, your appointment is secure. You'll receive a final reminder before your visit, and we'll send a quick message on the day of your appointment when we're on our way to your location!
Thank you for helping us provide reliable, convenient care to everyone in the Niagara Region.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you need to change your plans. To ensure we can be on time for all of our patients, we ask for your help by following our simple appointment policy.
24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your confirmed appointment.
Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a late cancellation fee.
Giving us advance notice allows us to offer that time slot to another patient who may need care. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
